Funding

Funding Statement

Cognitech Journal is committed to providing wide open access to the global scientific community. To support journal operations and ensure the sustainability of high-quality publications, our funding model is structured as follows:

1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Currently, Cognitech Journal is funded through Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid by authors or their respective institutions after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. These charges cover:

  • Editorial administration and peer-review management services.

  • Professional copyediting, layout, and document format conversion.

  • Server maintenance and Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform management.

2. Institutional Support

The journal receives operational support from its publishing institution, including technical facilities and human resources to ensure the publication process adheres to international standards.

3. Waiver Policy

We recognize that financial constraints may vary among researchers worldwide. Therefore, Cognitech Journal offers a waiver policy for authors from low-income countries or researchers who can demonstrate significant financial hardship. Requests for waivers must be submitted to the editorial team at the time of manuscript submission.

4. Editorial Independence

Funding sources or supporting institutions have no role in editorial decisions. The decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based solely on its scientific merit and the results of the double-blind peer-review process.
